Project Overview: The Lakeside Glass Residence project transformed a dated 1970s lakefront property into a stunning contemporary sanctuary. Our design emphasizes floor-to-ceiling glass walls that blur the boundaries between interior and exterior spaces, creating an immersive experience with nature.

Design Challenge: The existing structure suffered from poor natural lighting and disconnection from the spectacular lake views. The client desired a complete transformation that would maximize waterfront visibility while maintaining privacy and energy efficiency.

Our Solution: We implemented a sophisticated steel frame structure with thermally efficient glass panels, creating panoramic views while achieving superior insulation. The cantilevered second floor provides shade for the lower level terraces, and smart glass technology allows for adjustable transparency.

Project Overview: The Urban Steel Tower project transformed a 1960s concrete office building into a contemporary landmark in Toronto's financial district. The renovation showcases our expertise in combining structural steel with high-performance glazing systems.

Design Challenge: The existing building had low ceilings, minimal natural light, and outdated HVAC systems. The client required a complete transformation that would attract premium tenants while achieving LEED Gold certification.

Our Solution: We designed an exoskeleton steel structure that allowed removal of interior columns, creating flexible open-plan spaces. The curtain wall system features automated louvers and photovoltaic glass, reducing energy consumption by 60% while maximizing natural daylight.

Riverfront Mixed-Use Complex

Waterfront District, Toronto

Project Overview: The Riverfront Mixed-Use Complex breathed new life into an abandoned industrial zone along Toronto's waterfront. This ambitious project combines residential condominiums, retail spaces, restaurants, and public promenades in a cohesive glass and steel design.

Design Challenge: The site presented multiple challenges including contaminated soil, flood zone considerations, and the need to preserve heritage elements of the original warehouse structures while creating a vibrant mixed-use community.

Our Solution: We integrated the historic brick facades into the new glass and steel structure, creating a dialogue between past and present. Elevated walkways and terraced gardens provide flood protection while maximizing river views. The transparent ground floor activates the street level with retail and dining.
