Principal Architect & Founder

With over 25 years of experience, Sarah founded Crystal Flare Quion with a vision to revolutionize contemporary architecture. A graduate of the University of Toronto, she specializes in sustainable glass structures and has received multiple OAA Design Excellence Awards.

Marcus Rodriguez

Marcus Rodriguez, M.Arch, LEED AP

Senior Design Partner

Marcus brings 20 years of expertise in commercial architecture and sustainable design. A McGill University alumnus, he leads our commercial division and has pioneered several innovative green building techniques that have become industry standards.

Emily Nakamura

Emily Nakamura, M.Arch, OAA

Director of Residential Design

Emily's passion for creating livable art has transformed residential architecture. With 15 years of experience and degrees from both Waterloo and Harvard GSD, she specializes in luxury residential projects that balance aesthetics with functionality.
